Do I need to have Zoom installed?
While you can use Zoom through a web browser, we recommend installing the application for the best experience. You’ll need a device with a webcam and microphone so the trainer can see and hear you during assessment.
How do I return the training equipment?
Return instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be included with your training kit. Simply repack the equipment and send it back using the provided label after completing your course.
Zoom Course Equipment Return Policy
Students enrolled in Zoom-delivered courses who receive training kits or equipment as part of their enrolment are required to return all items in good condition upon course completion.
Certificate Release: Student certificates will not be issued until all loaned equipment has been returned.
Return Window: Equipment must be returned within 4 weeks of course completion.
Non-Return Consequences:
After 4 weeks, if the equipment has not been returned, students will be issued an invoice for $250 to cover the cost of the kit.
If the student fails to return the kit or pay the invoice, the account will be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery.
Please ensure you retain proof of return (e.g., tracking information) to avoid disputes or delays in certification.
