Zoom Course Equipment Return Policy
Students enrolled in Zoom-delivered courses who receive training kits or equipment as part of their enrolment are required to return all items in good condition upon course completion.
Certificate Release: Student certificates will not be issued until all loaned equipment has been returned.
Return Window: Equipment must be returned within 4 weeks of course completion.
Non-Return Consequences:
After 4 weeks, if the equipment has not been returned, students will be issued an invoice for $250 to cover the cost of the kit.
If the student fails to return the kit or pay the invoice, the account will be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery.
Please ensure you retain proof of return (e.g., tracking information) to avoid disputes or delays in certification.
