First Aid Course Gold Coast is a registered, Queensland-based company run by a fully qualified and experienced Registered Nurse. Sharon McCulloch saw an opportunity for professional First Aid Training and decided to offer it to those with a growing need.
“Having spent many years in the nursing industry, and after witnessing a large number of casualties come through the emergency department suffering from workplace-related accidents, I knew something needed to be done. In most incidents, the workplace staff had no idea how to manage an emergency situation, and that needed to change.”

The vision of First Aid Course Gold Coast is to increase the First Aid competence of the community in Queensland through the provision of quality, affordable, practical and current training. It is our goal to develop the First Aid skill level and confidence of the community one individual at a time.
Meet the Founder
Sharon McCulloch is the CEO of FirstAidPro, a Registered Training Organisation RTO (40407) and Supply Nation Certified, who delivers high-quality first aid courses across Australia. Being a First Aid Trainer and Emergency Care Nurse for 12 years total, she is confident that both First Aid Pro and Brisbane First Aid, est. 2010 can provide you with the highest quality of training. Our CPR and First Aid courses will give you the confidence to help in a variety of emergencies.
Sharon completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Griffith University and is currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA). She acquired a Cert IV TAE and became a qualified First Aid trainer. She has worked with various hospitals in Brisbane, Queensland in the past, such as Logan Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Mater Hospital Brisbane, and Greenslopes Private Hospital.
When people hesitate to take action, it can cost lives. Sharon’s goal is to make first aid training available, comprehensive and affordable to everybody. That way, people will be confident that they can handle any emergency situation.
